Stunning Dun Welsh Part Bred Colt foal
By Janpete Iceman (Welsh B) out of our part bred mare, Golden Grove Harriet (Holyoake Czar x Rathnaleen Hill). Toorala Bugatti already oozes presence and will be a strong contender both in Part Bred Welsh classes inhand and in the future under saddle. His colour, gorgeous facial marking and four white socks make him incredibly eye catching not to mention he is quite a poser!
His conformation and movement is straight, correct and elegant. He is a fabulous mover, free through the shoulder with an active hind leg. Bugatti is inquisitive by nature and has confidence in abundance.
Sire, Janpete Iceman is a Welsh Sec B perlino stallion. He himself has been broken to both ride and drive and has a remarkably easy going temperament. He stamps his foals with looks, temperament and athleticism. His sire, Janpete Del Boy was a winning stallion in the UK before being exported to the USA. This line holds some of the most famous Welsh pony pedigrees; Skellorn, Cadlanvalley and Lemonshill to name only a few.
Dam, Golden Grove Harriet is by the famous pony stallion, Holyoake Czar a producer of numerous winning showing, showjumping and eventing ponies. The grand dam, Rathnaleen Heartbreaker was herself a riding pony and goes back to Rathnaleen Hill and on the direct dam line we have the thoroughbred Felicity. Some of the most famous Welsh pony bloodlines litter Harriet’s pedigree; Dowland Chevalier, Cusop Connoisseur, Ceulan Lord Luke and Godolphin Pendragon to name a few. This blood mixed with traditional Welsh pony breeding brings athleticism, great attitude and longevity.

By Waxwing Arkwright out of Aytounhill Anastasia (Eyarth Beau Geste x Moelview Mowhawk). This lady is bred in the purple! Toorala Anastasia already oozes presence with good bone, lots of limb and excellent conformation. She is a filly with lots of Welsh character, a beautiful head and is a brilliant mover! A strong contender both in in-hand and in the future under saddle.
Sire, Waxwing Arkwright is available exclusively from the famous Waxwing stud. Arkwright is a son of Mynach Arcadia and by the Royal Welsh winner, Copella Lanark. Arkwright has some exceptional foals on the ground and is proving to be an ideal cross with Beau Geste mares..
Dam, Aytounhill Anastasia joined the Waxwing Stud as a foal and was shown lightly in hand as a youngster winning Reserve Champion at the Royal Highland and second at the Royal Welsh in 2014. We were lucky enough to purchase this exceptional broodmare last year, in foal to Waxwing Arkwright.
Aytounhill Anastasia is by the famous Eyarth Beau Geste, one of the best known Welsh Section B stallions in the Stud Book with progeny winning both in hand and under saddle. He was Youngstock Champion at the Royal Welsh Show and since then has gone on to sire a host of winners. In 2017, his offspring took the Overall Section B Championship (Waxwing Penny Gold) as well as the Reserve Youngstock Championship (Waxwing Glamour). In 2018 Glamour returned to the Royal Welsh taking the Youngstock Championship, Champion Female Championship and Reserve Overall.
