Work with IRELAND'S ONLY Neuromuscular Therapist and Franklin Method Equestrian Instructor, Liz Frayling. Learn how to improve your posture, your horses way of going and your performance using a variety of techniques! These lessons are informative and fun and are a real collaborative effort between coach and rider.
